Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Produce administration for on boarding employees including Medicals, contracts and offer letters
- Process right to work documentation ensuring compliance
- Input and maintain data in the HR database in a timely and accurate manner
- Support low level ER escalating complex solutions as appropriate to the HR Manager
- Pro-actively attend ER Meetings as company notetaker
- Supporting HR employee lifecycle administration, including joiners, leavers, Learning & Development and contract amendments
- Takes the initiative to meet agreed individual and team KPIs in line with company policy, vision, values, and standards
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
The role requires an articulate individual who can build and maintain effective and strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders. This is key in supporting positive change in HR policy and procedure adoption across Zircotec. The individual should:
- Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) grade 9-4, including English and Maths
- Be willing to Undertake CIPD Level 3 and comply with all requests from the apprenticeship provider including completing all assignments.
- Be able to use Microsoft 365 including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Enthusiastic; willing to learn and responds well to guidance/ instruction
- Takes pride in their work; has good standards and is consistent
- Good work ethic: willing to carry out tasks without being asked
- Willing to work as a team; interacts positively with team members and staff
- Basic time management skills
- Tidy and organised
- Highly punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
