Lawrence Price joins the Zircotec Board

We are delighted to welcome Lawrence Price to the Zircotec Board as a Non-Executive Director. Lawrence joined the Zircotec Board some time ago on a temporary basis. His advice and scrutiny has proved invaluable in helping guide Zircotec into its current growth cycle, and we are pleased that Lawrence has agreed to continue as a permanent member of the Zircotec Board.

Lawrence brings with him significant board level experience gained within the automotive sector. He continues to serve as a Non-Executive Director on the board of the Morgan Motor Company. During his tenure of more than 8-years as a director of Morgan he has helped guide that company through a period of significant change, significant inward investment, and sustainable growth. He has served as a Non-Executive Director with a number of early stage high-tech/high-growth companies including Oxford nanoSystems Ltd, much of this experience is directly relevant to Zircotec.

Lawrence’s background lies in corporate finance as the Managing Director of Rockworth Management Partners Limited. Bringing with him over 20 years’ lead advisory corporate finance experience working with a range of privately owned companies. Lawrence will be joining Gary McHale as our second Non-Executive Director, adding strength and depth to our board, and assisting with the delivery of Zircotec’s Growth Strategy against our 5-year plan.
